My advice for the new IIEP students

Until now, I have taken two semesters class in IIEP programe, IIEP for me, it has double meaning. One hand, it likes a family, I got some "pretty and multi-national" brothers or sisters. we experienced wonderful time and got a lot of funs. I love them, I love their smiling, I love their different cultures and I love all of peope who are willing become my friends. On the other hand, We are lucky, because we have many good and advianced "parents," they tought us knowedges and couraged their" boys and girls," I appreciate for what they did or what have they done for us. I love all of my dear and beautiful"Parents." They have a angle hearts.Although I do not have any realigious, but I have to thanks God or Jesus, thanks for them bestow us a full of happiness and pleasures' family. As to my advise, only one word"involving it, enjoying it and taking good care of it." Wish god bless everyone who used to study in IIEP or will be studying in IIEP.

1. What would you like to get for your next birthday?

Before I talk this topic, I have to tell you what is the most interesting thing myself. my favouite thing is car. when I was a young, I had remember over 400 different marks about car. I also brought a lot of toys about it and I like to hear the sounds of enging. In addition, I read many magazines about car, I like talk to car with someone whose has the same interesting. Until now, I have still indulged in the car's world. I remember that the feeling when I got my drive lience in China, that year I have just been 18 years old. After then, I got a car from my father, that was a audi A6(2004). I like the car, one hand, the Germanny car always is my favouite. on the other hand, that car had a stronger function, strong enging, beautiful shape of body and the most important is when you drive it, you can feel the pleasure. So I know that is wonderful car, however, it is not my favouite, my favouite also is a Germanny brand, it named "BMW", everybody know that BMW includes a lot of series, 3 series, 5series, 7series,Suv has X3 and X5. but, it has a another department, it is very special, just like Benze AMG factory. In the special department, BMW engineer and designer facous on how to make the faster car. So, M series was invented. Of course, it was so expensive. As to me, if I can get a M6, my dream would be come ture. Although I know my parents will not sent it to me, but I think before I am 35 years old, I am able to get it by my salary. Fighting~~~~:)M6

Amazing Technology

I think the most important invention of technology is cellphone.When i was young, I remember that everytime when I wanted to call somebody, I had to go back home, because the homephone stay at home. with the developing of technology, when I entered in to middle school, more and more people started to get a kind of small phone, they could put it down in the bag, when they wanted to use it , just took it and called someone. Gradually, there were many new modle of the cellphone were inviented and the function has become more and more stonger. Expecially some company depended on people's different characters making a lot of accessories. the cellphone gives people a conivence way to communicate with each other. we do not need to pay a lot of money and we do not need to worry about where are you living, if you miss someone or want to talk with some one, just call him/her. In conclusion, the cellphone absoulately is the best and most important invention in my life. I like it and I enjoyed using it everyday. I can not imaginae that how can I live without cellphone.

The beautiful city---Iowa city

Before I went to America, most of the big city was my favourite place. So, I wanted to study in some big city in USA. hoever, I finally came here-- Iowa city. At the begining, I felt a little bit disappointment. but about half years later, I found out I have loved this place. There are some reasons, the most importantly is this is a friendly and quiet city.people lived here always feel so save.In additional, there are some beautiful views which valued to see. for example, the old capitial which is the government office before the Iowa city used to be the capitial of Iowa State.The whole city center was surrounding by a lot of beautiful buildings. if you hope to get some drinking, there is one street could be satisified customs requirements. .....................Generally speaking, Iowa State is a beautiful place, expecially is Iowa city.:)

Hangkang

when I was a young boy, I went to a lot of places with my parents. All of all, HangKang is my favouite city. There are severial reasions. First, Hangkang is a shopping heaven. people come here for shoping which only has a reason that is they can buy all kinds of prodects whatever they want to buy. you always can use economic price to buy it. but if you want to buy some lux brands, LV,CUCCI, Boss, Dullhill and so on, the Zhonghuan Street should be you first station.In addition, Hangkang also is a declicous food's heven. Chinese, Koera , Japinese, Spanish or France style food, you can find it in here.Finally, surrounding the Hangkang,there have a lot of beautiful viewa, if you have enough budgets, you can hire a helicopter to visit the whole Hangkang island. To sum up, Hangkang is a fanistic, magical, fashionable and activite city.

The movie is about "looking for love!"

My favourite movie named "Elizabethtown."There are two main characters.Drew Baylor, once a rising star at a leading athletic shoe company, has just been fired due to the overwhelming failure of his design for a sneaker and $972 million loss his company suffered because of the fiasco. As if that wasn't bad enough, things get even worse: Drew receives a phone call informing him that his father has passed away--and now, he must get on a plane for Elizabethtown, Kentucky, to retrieve his father's remains. On the plane ride, Drew meets Claire, a flight attendant and unstoppably positive woman who changes the course of his life. It is in Kentucky that Drew comes to learn the breadth of his father's life and his own family roots. Drew, with the help of Claire, submits to discovering the possibilities for his own destiny. when I saw it, I can felt the power of "L-O-V-E!"Obversiouly, the real love is invincible.It can helps us across to the period of diffiult.So, from the movie, I learnt when you real love is coming, do not let it go, hold it !!!If you are not sure which one is your real love, ask you heart, following it. you will be get the answer!!!In addition, I got deeply understanding about what is the most important things in my life, that is the relationships between my family and I!!!!I think that is not only a romantic love story, but also is a worthy story for our life.:)

Keep smiling!!!keep confidence!!!! like a brave man!!!

The best advice I have ever received is "keep smiling,keep confidence and like a brave to fihgt". People are living in the world, sometime we have to face some trouble or challanges.May be it was really so hard to us, at this time some one start to nervious, even to killed by thmeslves. As to me ,I think tha tis really stupid, whatever we met what kind of difficults, please remember, trying to look forward the ways which can help you to solve it or to get supporting from other people. we can imange that if a hunter wants to get some food, he has to using all of the ways to get it, if he is just waiting the food, he is goning to get nothing!!! So ,from now on, please give youself much more confidence and learning on things"keep smiling, using a negative attitude to face all of the difficults and chanllenges in you life". turst me when you overcome these difficult, you will feel a hunge achievement which you have never been it!!! Would you like to be famous?

As to be famous, I have different opinions about it. Some guys maybe just want to get all of attentions which come from other people. Someone think that it can bring a lot of money and power. Actually, I could not agree with it completely. In my opinion, trying to be famous is not very important, because much more people know you, much more unnecessary troubles also will come with you. You should keep a kind of unassurning attitude, even through you had a lot of money and power. I understood one thing from my father when I was young: as a man, you do not need to spend any time to research how to make you more famous or how to attract people's attention. You should pay attention in your business and family. If you can get some achievemnet from your business and make your family have a perfect and wonderful living environment that should be you focus point. Do not care whether people know who you are. The most important is that try your best to be a man who can do some contributions for country or benefits for the society.

Cheers for my best friends!!!!

In my life, I met some people who can be called my best friends during the different periods. Absoulatelly, Tong Li is my best best friend amount of my best friends. when I just entered to the elementary school, we has known with each other. then, we went to the same middle school, high school . As to me, he just like one of my families. we always help with each other and encourage with each other, even through between both us doesn't have any blood releationship. in addition, in matter of us which our parents has become good friends. I call his mother "Mom" and he also call my mother "mom". Another three guys who can be my best friends are my college classmates. we lived in the same apartments two years. From the first day when we met on the new students orentation, we have found a lot of commons. no doubt, we experienced a lot of funs druing the two years. finally, we made a commiment which we decided to go abroad for our study. we decided to transfer to different universities and different counities. I chose the American, Xns ,Yi and Nan chose go to Uk. Before we left Beijing, we had a dinner together and sweared whatever we go to anywhere, we will make best friends fovever. Each winter break, we will gather in Beijing.

what is my favorite book?

I don't like reading ,that is true. however, whatever you do, it always has the first time. maybe I can not tell you what is my favorite book, but I had read a book which left deep impression for me. By the way, it was also the first English book which I had read. it named :"the freedom writer Diary." It shows how a teacher and 150 teens use writing to change themselves and the world aroud them. The Freedom Writers Diary is the amazing true story of strength, courage, and achievement in the face of adversity. In the fall of 1994, in Room 203 at Woodrow Wilson High School in Long Beach, California, an idealistic twenty-four-year-old teacher named Erin Gruwell faced her first group of students, dubbed by the administration as "unteachable, at-risk" teenagers. Finally, most of the students of room203 that were successfully entered into the different colleges. when I read it. I knew what was a great teacher. A great teacher should encourage her students and teach them to face the trouble and the real world, escaping couldn't help you to overcoom it .In conclusion, it is a book that I enjoy reading over and over.

Hi,Everybody. Welcome to read my blog. Now, let me make a simple introduction by myself. My name is Daniel(English Name) and Chinese name is yuanyuan Cui. Of course ,if you know how to pronounce it you can call me yuan yuan, either. In my family, I have three cursions. one is my younger cursion. two of others are my elder cursions. My father always is my idol. He is a soldier. The Army to him, it just likes his family.No doubt, the Army give him a chance to be succeed. About 30years ago, he entered to the most famous Army's University in China. Absoulately, he was the one of the top guys during that period. He never told me what was his major. Because I thought that was secret for him. when I was a little boy, may be 5 or 6 years old, I remember that he used to go to Russion 3years for his job. Of course ,my father was able to speak both foreign languages.One is Russian.Another is English. For the nation's requirement, he changed a lot of jobs. He used to be a professional officer in the Army. In addition, he used to be a bussiness man, either. Now he has become one of the youngest general in China and he has estiblished own his business in Shanghai and Beijing. My mother was a teacher before she did not get married with my father. when they were married, my mother gave up her job for me and my father. she was be a housewife. Druing my childhood, most of the time I grow up with my mother. she has taken care of me and told me how to be a good kid.(My fater always so busy.) she always encourage me to make a lot of new friends. With her encourage, I made some real friends whose can stay all my life. Besides, the most important that I learnt how to watch a person.As to me , I am a transfer student from China Agricuture University. When I studied in there, my major was Finance and Accounting. may be some people want to ask me why do you choose the University of Iowa. Actully, before I applied , I totally applied 7 universities in the United State. For example, Iowa ,Iowa state, the Ann Arbor College of Michigan,Kansas,Denver,East North and the Columbia of Missouri . Finally, I was accepted by 6 Universities, except Ann Arbor. At the end, I chose the University of Iowa. There have some reasons. First, I heard of the English Second Language item was very famous. So,I want to be here, before I start my academic semester,which learn some English previously. Second, I like this place. Because of the beautiful views and not as many people as lived in Newyork. So, I feel the enironment is so quiet. It is suitable for study.As a undergraduate student, I think the most important is make good use of your valuable time. I am supose to be a perfect result when I graduated. Then, I will chage another college to get my master degree. May be I will go to the East or California.........to be continuted.
